Stalked: Chris Hemsworth, Liam Neeson, Jennifer Connelly, Ralph Fiennes, Rabbit Hole

Chris Hemsworth has yet another new role.

Liam Neeson and Jennifer Connelly are in What's Wrong With Virginia.

Ralph Fiennes is to direct for the first time.

Sandra Oh, Giancarlo Esposito and Jon Tenney have all joined Rabbit Hole.

Chris Hemsworth is a popular guy. No sooner has he been cast as Thor, but he has also landed a role in the Red Dawn reboot. Hemsworth will play Jed Eckert, who was played by Patrick Swayze in the second. The news is from Latino Review.

Liam Neeson and Jennifer Connelly are to star in What's Wrong With Virginia. The film is the directing debut of Dustin Lance Black, who won an Oscar for writing the screenplay for Milk. Black also wrote the script for this one, which has Connelly playing the slightly unhinged mother of a 16 year old boy. She has also been involved with a sheriff (Liam Neeson) for nearly 20 years, who is going to run for the state senate. The situation becomes even more fraught, when her son begins a relationship with the sheriff's daughter. The news comes from Variety.

Variety also has news of another directorial debut, this time it's Ralph Fiennes. A serious subject has attracted a serious cast, with William Hurt, Vanessa Redgrave and Jessica Chastain all involved. Coriolanus is based on the William Shakespeare play, which examines the corruptive nature of power against the backdrop of the early years of the Roman Republic.

Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart have some company in Rabbit Hole. Sandra Oh, Giancarlo Esposito and Jon Tenney have joined the cast. Kidman and Eckhart play a couple struggling to come to terms with the death of their son. Variety don't have any details on what the new cast members roles are yet.
