10th and Wolf trailer online

JamesMarsden.jpgThe trailer for 10th and Wolf is online, and for those of you who haven't heard about this film I'd recommend you get watching fast. It's boasting a great cast and a strong mafia story line.

Starring James Marsden and Giovanni Ribisi in the lead roles with backing from Dennis Hopper, Lesley Ann Warren, Brian Dennehy, Val Kilmer and a surprise performance from Tommy Lee - yes that Tommy Lee. It's co-written and directed by the writer of Crash Robert Moresco, another Crash writer Allan Steele completes the writing partnership.

The story features Marsden as a man who is shipped off to war in the military, leaving his family's mafia past behind him, but when he trips up in the military he's siezed upon to return to his past, rejoin his family, and infiltrate those he grew up with.

The trailer, over at UK IGN [WMV:QT:Download][Flash:Embed], looks very good. Ribisi is a great talent and Marsden is shaping up that way as he shows us more and more of his serious talent. Then that cast behind them with the superb and incredibly natural Dennehy, not to mention Kilmer, how could you not be interested? Mafia tales are never ones that go out of fashion.

Watching the trailer reminded me of the immortal lines Of Michael Corleone from The Godfather 3, "Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in".

I am so IN for this movie. I like both Ribisi and Marsden. Rich, maybe it's time for you to watch a full length Godfather movie? ;D
