Riddick has a teaser trailer, and while that should have fans excited I was rather disappointed as apart from the creature effects it seems like it could have been edited right out of Pitch Black.

This is just a teaser though, we should remember that, and what better way to tease for the film than to give the fans what they want, the Riddick character from Pitch Black?

I have to admit that compared to The Chronicles of Riddick I think most fans want the Pitch Black Riddick back, and I'm one of them as the Riddick in Chronicles was a shadow of his former self.

The teaser trailer takes us right back to the Pitch Black Riddick but perhaps a little too much, as I said, it looks almost like it could be taken right from Pitch Black, what's new here?
