Life of Pi dual international trailers
There are two new International trailers that have arrived for Ang Lee's film version of Life of Pi. The first has a voiceover and delivers more of the story while the second is pretty much the same but without the voiceover, even if it is short.
These two trailers look far better and more dramatic than the first trailer did and we're really getting a sense of the storytelling as well as the magical visuals that came through the first.
Life of Pi comes from the Yann Martel novel adapted for the screen by David Magee and directed by, as I said previously, the superb Ang Lee. The names don't stop there though with Rafe Spall, Gérard Depardieu, Irrfan Khan and Tabu starring. Pull that altogether and you have a strong mixture of talent to deliver a superb film.
The blurb for Life of Pi goes like this, much like the book which I admit I haven't read.
The story of an Indian boy named Pi, a zookeeper's son who finds himself in the company of a hyena, zebra, orangutan, and a Bengal tiger after a shipwreck sets them adrift in the Pacific Ocean.
The two International trailers both carry foreign subtitles but the language is English and it's mainly about the visuals anyway. Take a look and prepare your eyes for a feast.
