I actually can't even begin to describe the film, really I can't. Once I've seen the screener I might be able to do a better job, but for now here's a quick blurb:

"Despite the title, the film has nothing to do with water or teenagers and doesn't even fulfil its promise of a being crime-fighting force. Instead the bizarre band of cartoon misfits (including a rude milkshake, a demonic pack of French Fries, and idiotic meatball) amuse us with their non-sensical antics and equally senseless violence."
