The Alphabet Killer teaser online

ElizaDushku.jpgThere's a teaser appeared online for the film The Alphabet Killer, as well as an official website.

The film is directed by Rob Schmidt and written by Tom Malloy, and stars Eliza Dushku, Cary Elwes, Timothy Hutton, Tom Malloy (ooh, look, he crept in there), Michael Ironside, Bill Moseley, Martin Donovan and Carl Lumbly. I'll stop there because there is quite an interesting cast list there.

Bear in mind that this is a teaser, and as you look at it you might even think that it's a rough cut teaser in places, however it does give you a feel for the film. What I do find slightly amusing is the section of bangs and slams, that's quite amusing.

The film is based on the true story of the "Alphabet" killings which you can read about on the film site. Three young girls with the same initials for first and last names were kidnapped, raped, strangled, and their bodies left in towns that shared the same initial from their names, hence the name The Alphabet Killer.

You can read more about it on the official site through Jo Blo, and you can see the teaser on the site or right here.
